For over a century, NCJW San Francisco has been working with allies from the government, the non-profit sector and NCJW’s national and international network of organizations to confront injustices and address vulnerabilities in our community. The COVID-19 health and economic crisis vividly exposes these injustices and vulnerabilities and reaffirms the critical need for our continued work. There could not be a more important time for us to carry the torch, identify current challenges and proudly take part, as members and volunteers, in NCJW’s work to support the vulnerable.

We have been hearing these thoughts echoed when reaching out to you to offer support in the difficult period of social distancing. We heard clearly that having online spaces to connect, learn and act together is critical. Our special “Council Wednesdays” zoom webinar series offer such spaces and opportunities for action.

Join the series to learn about current challenges in serving vulnerable populations in times of crisis and how you can be helpful to non-profit and government agencies addressing these critical issues.

Stay tuned for information about our upcoming webinars. To support the series, volunteer with this program or email us at info@ncjwsf.org your suggestions for organizations and programs to be presented in our upcoming webinars.
